Enforcement
The Authority exercises enforcement powers to maintain the integrity of the licensing regime. Enforcement actions are taken in accordance with the regulatory enforcement policy and are published for transparency.
◆ Where a licensed operator fails to meet its regulatory obligations, the Authority may take enforcement action proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. All enforcement decisions are recorded and published.
- Licence suspension pending investigation or remediation
- Licence revocation for serious or persistent non-compliance
- Imposition of additional licence conditions
- Publication of regulatory notices and enforcement outcomes
Enforcement Policy
The Authority’s enforcement policy sets out the principles, procedures, and powers that govern enforcement action. It defines the circumstances under which the Authority may intervene and the process followed in enforcement proceedings.
Suspended Licences
A record of Internet Gaming Licences currently under suspension. Suspension may be imposed pending investigation, remediation, or resolution of identified regulatory concerns.
Revoked Licences
A record of Internet Gaming Licences that have been permanently revoked by the Authority. Revocation is imposed in cases of serious regulatory breach or where remediation is not achievable.
Regulatory Notices & Updates
Published notices, regulatory updates, and communications issued by the Authority to licensed operators and the public. Includes compliance deadlines, policy changes, and other regulatory developments.
