The Anjouan Gaming Authority has completed its quarterly compliance review covering the period January to March 2026. The review encompassed all actively licensed operators and assessed adherence to licence conditions, regulatory reporting obligations, and operational standards.
During the review period, the Authority conducted 12 supervisory assessments and issued 3 formal compliance notices. Overall compliance rates remained above 90%, with the most common areas of concern relating to timely submission of financial reports and updates to responsible gaming policies.
The Authority continues to prioritise proactive supervision and will publish detailed findings in the forthcoming quarterly regulatory report.
