The Authority publishes regulatory notices, policy updates, and communications relevant to licensed operators, applicants, and the public.
◆ Regulatory notices are issued to communicate important information regarding the licensing framework, compliance obligations, policy changes, and other regulatory developments. Licensed operators are expected to review and act upon notices relevant to their operations.
Types of Notices
The Authority may issue the following categories of regulatory communication:
- Policy updates and amendments to the regulatory framework

- Clarifications regarding licence conditions or regulatory expectations

Operator Obligations
