Revoked Licences
The Authority publishes a record of Internet Gaming Licences that have been permanently revoked. Revocation is the most severe enforcement measure available to the Authority.
◆ A revoked licence is permanently withdrawn. The former licence holder is no longer authorised to conduct any internet gaming activities under the Authority’s jurisdiction. Revocation is imposed in cases of serious regulatory breach or persistent non-compliance.
Grounds for Revocation
The Authority may revoke a licence where the circumstances are sufficiently serious to warrant permanent withdrawal. Grounds for revocation include, but are not limited to:
- Serious or persistent breach of licence conditions
- Failure to remediate issues identified during a period of suspension
- Fraud, dishonesty, or material misrepresentation to the Authority
- Conviction of the licence holder or key person for a relevant criminal offence
- Determination that the licence holder is no longer fit to hold a licence
Currently Revoked Licences
There are currently no revoked licences to report. This page will be updated when revocation actions are taken by the Authority.
Important
Revocation is permanent. A former licence holder whose licence has been revoked must submit a new application if it wishes to be considered for licensing in the future. The Authority is not obligated to accept or approve such applications.
