Suspended Licences

The Authority publishes a record of Internet Gaming Licences that are currently under suspension. Suspension is a temporary enforcement measure imposed in accordance with the Authority's enforcement policy.

A suspended licence holder is not authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities during the period of suspension. Suspension may be imposed pending investigation, remediation of identified deficiencies, or resolution of regulatory concerns.

Grounds for Suspension

The Authority may suspend a licence where it identifies circumstances that warrant temporary cessation of licensed activities. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to:

  • Breach of licence conditions requiring investigation or remediation
  • Failure to comply with a compliance notice within the specified timeframe
  • Concerns regarding the fitness or propriety of key persons
  • Failure to maintain adequate financial resources or player fund segregation
  • Non-payment of regulatory fees within the prescribed period
