Licence Status Definitions
The public register uses defined status categories to indicate the current regulatory standing of each licensed entity. Each status reflects a specific determination by the Authority.
◆ The following status categories are used in the public register to indicate the current regulatory standing of each Internet Gaming Licence.
Active
Suspended

Expired
- Active
- The licence is currently valid and the holder is authorised to conduct licensed activities in accordance with the conditions of the licence. The licence holder has met all regulatory requirements and is in good standing with the Authority.
- Suspended
- The licence has been temporarily suspended by the Authority. The licence holder is not authorised to conduct licensed activities during the period of suspension. Suspension may be imposed pending investigation, remediation of identified deficiencies, or resolution of regulatory concerns.
- Revoked
- The licence has been permanently withdrawn by the Authority. Revocation is imposed in cases of serious regulatory breach, persistent non-compliance, or where remediation is not achievable. The former licence holder is no longer authorised to conduct any licensed activities.
- Expired
- The licence validity period has ended and the licence has not been renewed. The former licence holder is no longer authorised to conduct licensed activities. Expiry may result from non-renewal by the licence holder or from a decision by the Authority not to renew the licence.
Important
Only entities with an Active licence status are authorised to conduct licensed internet gaming activities. Users should verify licence status directly through the public register before relying on any entity’s claimed licensing status.
