The information contained in the public licence registry is maintained by the Authority for regulatory and informational purposes. Users of the registry should review this disclaimer before relying on registry data.
◆ The public register is published as a regulatory transparency measure. It records the current status of each Internet Gaming Licence issued by the Authority and is intended to support licence verification by third parties.
Accuracy & Currency
The Authority takes reasonable steps to ensure that registry data is accurate and current. However, the register is updated periodically and may not reflect changes that have occurred since the most recent update. For time-sensitive verification, users should contact the Authority directly.
Scope of Information
The registry records the licence holder’s registered name, licence number, licence type, and current status. Domain names listed in the register reflect information provided by the licence holder as part of the licensing process.
Inclusion of a domain in the register confirms only that the domain has been notified to the Authority as associated with licensed activities. It does not confirm ownership of the domain, trademark, or any associated intellectual property.
No Endorsement
The inclusion of an entity in the public register does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by the Authority of the licence holder’s services, products, or business practices. The register confirms licensing status only.
Limitation of Liability
The Authority does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from reliance on information published in the public register. Users are advised to conduct their own independent enquiries before entering into any commercial, legal, or financial arrangements with any entity listed in the register.
Important
The Authority does not independently verify ownership of trademarks, brands, or intellectual property associated with domains listed by licensees. The Authority does not adjudicate private commercial disputes between third parties, including matters relating to domain ownership or trademark rights.
