The regulatory framework defines the standards, due diligence requirements, and compliance obligations applicable to all internet gaming operations licensed under the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan.

The framework establishes the regulatory conditions under which Internet Gaming Licences are issued, maintained, and enforced. It sets out the Authority’s expectations for operator conduct, compliance standards, and supervisory processes.

Licensing Due Diligence

The due diligence process applied to all licence applications, including identity verification, corporate structure review, source of funds assessment, and fitness and propriety checks on key persons.

Regulatory Standards

The requirements governing the display and use of the Authority’s interactive licence seal on licensed operator websites. Defines permitted usage, technical implementation standards, and compliance obligations.

Code of Conduct for Licensed Operators

The expected standards of conduct for all licensed operators, covering fair dealing, transparency, responsible gaming, advertising standards, and obligations to consumers and the Authority.
