Interactive Licence Seal Policy

Licensed operators may display the official Anjouan Gaming Authority licence seal on their websites.

The interactive licence seal provides a visible, verifiable indicator of an operator’s licensing status, linking directly to the Authority’s public register for verification.

Seal Requirements

The seal must link directly to the official licence verification page in the public registry. The seal confirms that the operator holds an Internet Gaming Licence issued under the Anjouan licensing framework.

The Authority provides the seal in a standardized format. Operators must display the seal site wide without modification to its code, design, or linked destination. The seal must remain accessible and visible to players at all times during the operation of the licensed platform.

Conditions of Use

The following conditions apply to all operators displaying the interactive licence seal:

  • The seal may only be displayed while the licence remains active and in good standing
  • The seal must link to the operator’s official verification page in the public register
  • No modification to the seal’s design, colour, or branding is permitted
  • The seal must be removed immediately upon licence suspension, revocation, or expiry
  • The seal must not be used on domains or platforms not authorized or covered by the licence

Important

Misuse of the seal, including display on unlicensed sites or platforms, alteration of the official design, or continued display after licence expiry, may result in legal and/or regulatory action including licence suspension or revocation.

The certificate verification framework describes how licence authenticity is confirmed through the public register.
