Interactive Licence Seal

Licensed operators may display the Authority's interactive licence seal on their websites. The seal provides verification of an operator's licensing status through the Authority's public register.

The interactive licence seal is an embedded verification tool that links directly to the licence holder’s entry in the Authority’s public register. When clicked, the seal displays the operator’s current licensing status.

Display Requirements

Licensed operators displaying the interactive licence seal must place it in a visible and accessible location on all websites used in connection with licensed activities. The seal must not be altered, obscured, or displayed in a manner that could mislead users regarding the operator’s licensing status.

Implementation

The seal is provided as an embeddable code snippet issued to licensed operators upon licence issuance. Technical implementation details and integration guidance are provided to each licence holder. The seal connects to the Authority’s verification system and reflects the operator’s current licence status.

Important

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or display of the Authority’s licence seal is prohibited. Only licensed operators with an active licence may display the seal. Misuse of the seal may result in enforcement action.

The full policy governing the use of the interactive licence seal is published in the regulatory framework.
